Made to Order
Every item in our store is printed on demand, just for you. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Shipping Times and Costs
Estimated transit times after production:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- USA & rest of world: 5–12 business days
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free shipping on all orders over €50.
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders are typically produced at the production facility closest to your delivery address, so customs charges usually do not apply. Where an order does ship across a customs border, any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address you provided, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery; additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at with your order number (and a photo, if damaged) and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
